Welcome to Jensen Beach Beads

I make and sell unique, original, OOAK jewelry pieces handmade from artisan beads. Colors to die for, sterling silver, and lots of gems. A virtual jewelry box to sift through!

As a seasoned jewelry designer/maker, my focus is on handmade lamp work glass beads. Each bead is a work of art, hand-torched, never to be duplicated, which is how I treat my lamp work pieces. I choose wonderful beads from trusted artists, then I complement them with anything that catches my eye, mainly sterling, vermeil, gemstones, copper, Swarovski crystals, and hand forged metals.

I offer free layaway because I believe if a piece of my jewelry speaks to you, you should own it, and in this economy, that may be impossible without weekly payments of whatever you can pay. It's worth it to me to have my jewelry go to someone who loves it, after all, I put everything into my creations. If you would like to purchase something using layaway, just convo me and it's yours.

After selling my handmade jewelry on Etsy for several years, I closed my shop for almost three years to deal with family issues. I reopen it now, in October 2015 and look forward to making the jewelry that so many of you loved. I love making it and am glad to be back.

My name is Nancy, not Jensen as most people think. I discovered Jensen Beach on Florida's East Coast over 35 years ago when my parents retired nearby, and I decided I would name my daughter (if I had one) Jensen. Well, I told everyone for 9 months what the names were for both boy & girl, and every time I said Jensen, they looked at me funny and said, "that's for a boy, right? Kind of a weird boy name!!". I chickened out, as I didn't want to burden my child with a weird name, so my daughter is Kate, and my baby (my business) is Jensen. Welcome!
